Goat Bone-in
Goat Bone-inTraditional goat stew bone-in meat is cut in approximate 2 inch chunks, including the bone, from the full carcass. The packages contain a variety of meat pieces packaged at random. Some packages will contain a higher bone to meat ratio than other packages. This mix is an economical option to experiencing culturally diverse recipes. 100% grass fed goat meat.  Options: 1 lb and 2 lb packs.
Warning:Â bones with sharp ends may be included and should be expected in this traditional style.

Goat HalfBuy a goat half from us with only customer preferred cuts. 100% grass fed. Lead time for processing your goat may be 10 to 14 days depending on schedule.  Weight range 12 – 13 lbs.
A standard half goat includes:
1 Rack
4 Loin chops (2 pkgs of 2 chops)
2 leg shanks (1 pkg of 2 shanks)
1 Leg roast
1 Shoulder  roast
1-2 lb bone-in meat for stew
We also have the option custom cuts for an additional $25 supervion fee (choose option and add note on cuts desired).
Goat Loin Chops
Goat Loin ChopsGoat loin chops are one of the most tender cuts and the equivalent of tenderloin filet in beef.  The mild-flavored 100% grass-fed goat chop is well suited for the grill. A light salt and pepper rub is all that is needed. 4 chops approximate 3/4 inch thick.
